Mary Jane attended Southeastern Academy in Culinary and Graduated 2nd in her class with a "Certificate of Excellence" then proceeded to attend the American Culinary Federation three year training course. She continued her studies in therapuetic diets, food saftey and sanitation becoming certified as a Dietary Manager and Food Protection Professional. She worked as an apprentice with a French/Italian Chef educated and trained in Nice, France who's career extends from Working at the White House in the 60's to the exquisite Hotel Le Chanteclerc, Montreal. After her apprenticeship she worked in a variety of establishments, including Banquet Chef in Country Clubs and Hotels to Executive Chef in 125 Seat Restaurant.
Gary began his career at the age of 14 in the kitchen as a prep cook. He attended the American Culinary Federation's culinary classes where he met and apprenticed for many years under the guidance of a German Chef. He quickly rose in the ranks to become a Sous Chef. Gary then went on to work in various upscale establishments ranging from Sous Chef to Executive Chef in Resorts, Country Clubs and Hotels.
